DFES- Textile manufacturing Defect management and labelling system

In textile manufacturing business, a peculiar segment of users, who do not possess formal education or technical skill, has been targeted here. Freshly produced cloth being folded , cut and packed right after manufacturing defects checks and directly fed into the system using TAB /mobile devices and real-time bar code integration. Barcode labels are printed instantaneously and helps to avoid human errors. Human errors in noting down the meters and feeding in software has been totally eliminated by proper cross validations in this new integration.
